Solar PV wire cable photovoltaic cable is a special cable used for solar photovoltaic modules in the system. It has the characteristics of weather resistance, high temperature resistance, and friction resistance. It has a long service life and high-quality oxygen-free tinned copper conductors. To ensure the superior conductive effect, high-performance insulating materials and sheath materials after radiation cross-linking by a high-energy electron accelerator have reliable insulating and mechanical properties.
1. Rated voltage: AC U0/U is 0.6/1kV; DC 1.8kV (core-to-core, non-grounded system, no loop under load)
When a cable (wire) is used in an AC system, the rated voltage of the cable (wire) should be at least equal to the nominal voltage of the system. If the cable is used in a DC system, the rated voltage between its conductors should not be more than 1.5 times the AC rated value of the cable. In a single-phase grounded DC system, this value should be multiplied by a factor of 0.5.
2. Temperature range
Ambient temperature: -40℃ to +90℃
Conductor working temperature: 120℃
The ambient temperature for cable operation reaches 90°C. According to EN60216-1 standard, the temperature index of its insulation and sheath is 120℃.
Note: The expected service life is 25 years.
The short-circuit temperature for 5 seconds is 200°C.
3. Multiple cables can be used in parallel.
4. The cable is suitable for use under safety level II.
